Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Lead Generation: Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging CRM systems.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and strategic partners.
- Pitching & Closing: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals, managing the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
- Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular, detailed reports on sales performance and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the SaaS or Technology sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- CRM Proficiency: Proven track record of using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools effectively.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Asia-Pacific business landscape and cultural nuances.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Language: Proficiency in English; fluency in Mandarin or other regional languages is an advantage.
