Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints, ensuring first-contact resolution where possible.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system.
- Identify and document customer feedback to assist in process improvement initiatives.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services to enhance client value.
- Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, compliance standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or BPO environment.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- High level of emotional intelligence and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred but not mandatory.
