Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Resolve complex customer issues by utilizing problem-solving skills and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance brand loyalty.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and currently residing in the Philippines.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum typing speed of 35-40 wpm.
- Proficient in using computers and standard office software (MS Office, Google Suite).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
