Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and chat with professionalism.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and requests efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and account details to clients.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven experience in a customer service role or a strong willingness to learn.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (any field).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
