Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
- Resolve complex technical issues and account inquiries by leveraging deep product knowledge.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account status changes into our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical Support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify and escalate opportunities for process improvement and upselling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a Call Center or BPO environment (1-2 years minimum).
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) with excellent communication skills.
- Strong typing speed (35-40 WPM) and computer proficiency.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure during peak hours.
