Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive manpower forecasting models to support long-term organizational goals.
- Analyze workforce data and key HR metrics to identify trends, gaps, and areas for efficiency improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand recruitment needs and optimize resource allocation.
- Prepare periodic reports and executive summaries regarding headcount budgets and utilization.
- Design and implement workforce planning strategies to mitigate turnover and improve talent retention.
- Monitor compliance with internal hiring policies and external regulatory requirements within the healthcare industry.
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects aimed at improving operational productivity and organizational structure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a specific focus on Manpower Planning or Workforce Analytics.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Modeling).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence decision-making.
- Experience within the healthcare sector is highly advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
