Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives for the Orchard area
- Partner with Area Managers to optimize team performance through talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with Singaporean labor regulations and company policies
- Manage complex employee relations issues and conflict resolution
- Drive performance management systems and succession planning
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decision making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in management
- Proven experience in retail or fashion industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean labor laws and employment regulations
- Excellent strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience implementing HRIS systems and analytics
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
