Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel machine learning architectures for large-scale language models
- Lead research initiatives in multimodal AI systems combining vision, language, and reasoning
- Develop scalable AI solutions for enterprise clients in healthcare and finance sectors
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Mentor junior researchers and foster collaborative innovation
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into production-ready AI frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and distributed training
- Published research in NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Experience with MLOps tools and AI deployment at scale
