What You'll Achieve:

- Shape our AI roadmap and mentor junior researchers
Responsibilities
- Develop and advance proprietary AI algorithms in natural language processing and generative models
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and statistical analysis to validate research hypotheses
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research production-ready solutions
- Author high-impact research papers and patents
- Stay current with emerging AI literature and technologies
- Mentor junior scientists and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 3+ years of applied research experience in deep learning
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong publication record at top-tier AI conferences
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex research projects from conception to deployment
- Experience with large-scale language models and transformer architectures
