Responsibilities

- Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without compromising quality.
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize video metadata, descriptions, and thumbnails for maximum discoverability across platforms.
- Maintain a high standard of technical proficiency across various camera formats and editing software.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of 5+ years in professional video editing and production for marketing agencies or in-house teams.
- Mastery of industry-standard software including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced color grading, sound mixing, and motion graphics capabilities.
- Deep understanding of video SEO, platform specifications (YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok), and social media algorithms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling and modern design trends.
