Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound technical support calls and emails to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems for end-users.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or engineering teams when necessary.
- Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Stay updated on product knowledge and technical procedures through continuous training.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 35 WPM).
- Basic computer literacy and understanding of operating systems.
- Ability to work in a rotational shift schedule (including night shifts).
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to be trained on specific technical products.
