Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential sites for new retail locations or business expansion
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys and feasibility studies
- Negotiate acquisition terms and contracts with landowners and developers
- Manage relationships with government officials and regulatory bodies
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and proper documentation
- Develop and implement site acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field (Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred)
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, or property development
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and regulations
- Experience conducting site surveys and feasibility studies
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional networks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
