Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, secure, and scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate complex mockups into pixel-perfect, interactive user interfaces.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring maximum rendering speed, scalability, and seamless SEO execution.
- Establish, champion, and enforce clean-code standards, robust testing methodologies, and rigorous CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers through comprehensive code reviews and collaborative technical guidance.
- Integrate third-party APIs and design custom RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support product features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical industry experience.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience specializing in modern, full-stack web development.
- Advanced proficiency in React, Node.js, TypeScript, and modern state management ecosystems (e.g., Redux, Zustand).
- Strong expertise in modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Styled Components) and semantic HTML/accessibility (WCAG) standards.
- Proven track record with cloud services (AWS or Google Cloud Platform) and modern CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Docker).
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset tailored for high-growth tech environments.
