Responsibilities
- Architect and implement responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)
- Optimize frontend performance through code splitting, lazy loading, and efficient state management
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to pixel-perfectly implement design systems
- Develop and maintain reusable component libraries and documentation
- Implement robust security measures and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Conduct code reviews and implement CI/CD best practices
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and knowledge sharing sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience with strong portfolio of deployed applications
- Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles
- Deep experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (React preferred)
- Proficiency with state management tools (Redux, Vuex) and build tools (Webpack, Vite)
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration patterns
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and TDD/BDD methodologies
- Strong knowledge of version control (Git) and agile development practices
