Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development of responsive web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud infrastructure
- Optimize application performance and implement robust security protocols
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate mockups into pixel-perfect implementations
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain version control best practices
- Conduct cross-browser testing and ensure WCAG compliance
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to technical architecture decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
- Expertise in React, Redux, and modern CSS methodologies (Sass, Tailwind)
- Strong understanding of Node.js, Express, and RESTful API development
- Proficiency in Git workflow and deployment tools (AWS, Vercel, Docker)
- Experience with responsive design principles and performance optimization
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and TDD/BDD practices
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
