Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern stacks.

- Lead code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and mentor junior team members.
- Develop and maintain robust APIs that power front-end features.
- Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on experience with modern frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of server-side technologies (Node.js, Express, or similar).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Solid understanding of web performance metrics and SEO best practices.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly team environment.
