Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user-centric features.
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code across the full stack (front-end and back-end).
- Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering their growth and contributing to a positive, knowledge-sharing team culture.
- Identify and implement performance optimizations, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure the reliability and security of our systems.
- Stay abreast of emerging web technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to continuously evolve our technology stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React.js, Angular, Vue.js) and core web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+).
- Expertise in back-end development using Node.js, Python, or Java with relevant frameworks (e.g., Express, Django, Spring Boot).
- Proven experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful collaboration.
