Responsibilities
- Design and implement responsive, high-performance frontend architectures using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate complex requirements into pixel-perfect, accessible web interfaces
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility while maintaining clean, maintainable code
- Lead technical reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish best practices for frontend development

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development with 3+ years in senior roles
- Expert proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern CSS methodologies (Sass, Tailwind)
- Proven track record building complex SPAs with state management (Redux, Context API)
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and SEO principles
