In this role, you will be responsible for translating our seasonal collections into compelling visual stories that drive foot traffic and sales. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Visual Strategy: Develop and implement innovative visual merchandising plans that align with seasonal trends and company goals.
- Store Activation: Oversee the design and execution of window displays, interior layouts, and point-of-sale materials in flagship locations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and train store associates on visual standards, ensuring high-impact presentations throughout the store.
- Inventory & Operations: Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitor research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for visual differentiation.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to procure props and fixtures efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising or store operations within the fashion retail industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Interior Design, or Retail Management is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D modeling software is highly desirable.
- Portfolio: A strong, professional portfolio demonstrating past visual projects and conceptual designs.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas persuasively to senior leadership.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel to various store locations as needed.
