Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end production process, from pre-production planning to final delivery.
- Direct and oversee on-set operations, including camera crews, lighting, and audio technicians.
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Critically edit footage using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to create compelling narratives.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors and clients to understand project goals and refine visual concepts.
- Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in video production, editing, or cinematography.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles (commercial, documentary, corporate).
- Deep understanding of lighting techniques, camera operation, and sound recording.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative visions to diverse teams.
