Responsibilities
- Production Management: Lead all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, scheduling, budgeting, and on-set direction.
- Storytelling: Translate client briefs into creative visual concepts and scripts that resonate with target audiences.
- Creative Oversight: Work closely with directors and editors to maintain high creative standards throughout the editing and post-production process.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and delivering presentations on progress and final cuts.
- Vendor Coordination: Source and manage talent, freelancers, and equipment rentals to ensure projects stay on time and within budget.
- Quality Control: Review final deliverables to ensure they meet technical specifications and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional video production experience, preferably in a creative agency or in-house marketing role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in production workflows, including knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and non-linear editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a range of commercial, documentary, or corporate video work.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex creative ideas clearly.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead creative teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot creative and logistical challenges on the fly.
