In this role, you will lead end-to-end video projects, from conceptualization and storyboarding to final post-production, ensuring our high-end brand clients receive industry-leading content.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of video production, including pre-production planning, filming, and post-production workflows.
- Conceptualize and storyboard high-impact creative campaigns for digital, social, and broadcast platforms.
- Direct video shoots, managing both lighting, sound, and talent to ensure professional-grade output.
- Execute advanced motion graphics, visual effects, and color grading to elevate the final product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure all content aligns with brand identity and campaign KPIs.
- Mentor junior editors and production assistants to foster a culture of technical growth.
- Stay ahead of emerging industry trends and hardware/software advancements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience in an agency or studio setting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Proven portfolio demonstrating mastery of cinematography, lighting, and narrative editing.
- Deep understanding of motion graphics design and modern visual aesthetics.
- Experience managing production budgets, equipment, and tight project timelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues on set.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
