The Role:
As a Senior Video Producer, you will serve as the bridge between our creative directors and the production team. You are responsible for the strategic planning, budgeting, and logistical execution of video campaigns. Your ability to tell a story through visuals and manage high-stakes deadlines is paramount to our success.

Responsibilities
- Manage the entire production lifecycle from concept development and scriptwriting to final delivery.
- Develop detailed production schedules, budgets, and shooting scripts in collaboration with creative directors.
- Lead and direct on-set operations, including hiring and managing crew, camera operators, and editors.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality output within budget constraints.
- Supervise post-production processes, including editing, color grading, and sound design.
- Present final cuts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and visual storytelling techniques.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in video production, preferably in a creative agency or high-volume production environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end video projects with budgets exceeding $50k.
- Extensive knowledge of video formats, codecs, and post-production workflows.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of commercial and editorial work.
- Proficiency in production management software (e.g., ShotGrid, Asana, Trello).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to direct diverse creative teams.
