Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and pre-production planning of video projects, including scripts, storyboards, and shot lists.
- Direct and produce high-quality video content on location and in studio, managing crews and ensuring technical excellence.
- Oversee the post-production process, including editing, color grading, and sound design, collaborating with specialized editors.
- Manage project budgets and timelines efficiently, ensuring deliverables are met without compromising quality.
- Collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and sales teams to align video content with business objectives.
- Conduct client presentations and feedback sessions, translating client vision into actionable production plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in video production, editing, or a related creative field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro) and non-linear editing systems.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles, including commercials, corporate videos, and motion graphics.
- Deep understanding of lighting, camera operation, and audio recording techniques.
