In this role, you will command the edit suite and the set, ensuring our visual output remains at the cutting edge of digital media. If you have a keen eye for motion graphics, cinematic lighting, and pacing that keeps audiences glued to the screen, we want to talk to you.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production of digital ad campaigns, social media assets, and brand films.
- Direct on-set production, managing crew and talent to capture high-quality footage.
- Execute advanced post-production workflows including color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Collaborate with the creative director to refine storyboards and visual concepts.
- Mentor junior editors and production assistants on technical best practices.
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and technical broadcast standards.
- Manage production timelines, assets, and project budgets efficiently.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience in an agency or studio environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of cinematic storytelling, lighting techniques, and camera equipment.
- Proven portfolio showcasing high-end commercial or brand-focused video projects.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or equivalent practical experience.
