Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end video production process, from concept development and scripting to final delivery.
- Direct and edit high-quality video content for commercials, social media, and corporate communications.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their brand voice and translate it into visual storytelling.
- Manage post-production workflows, including sound design, color grading, and VFX integration.
- Mentor junior editors and maintain high visual standards across all projects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in video production and editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of lighting, camera operation, and composition.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- A portfolio demonstrating a range of commercial and narrative work.
