Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of video projects, from conceptualization and storyboarding to final delivery.
- Direct on-set production, including lighting, framing, and talent coordination for commercial and branded content.
- Execute complex video editing, motion graphics integration, and color grading using Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional creative teams to ensure brand consistency and aesthetic alignment.
- Optimize video assets for various digital platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and web distribution.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of all deliverables.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging visual technologies to maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production and editing experience in an agency or high-end studio setting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of storytelling, pacing, and visual style.
- Proficiency in camera operation (Cinema Line cameras) and professional audio equipment.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
- A degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
