Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end production process from pre-production planning and storyboarding to final post-production delivery.
- Direct on-set shoots, managing talent, lighting, and camera crews to ensure high production value.
- Edit high-conversion commercial and branded content for social media, digital platforms, and television.
- Collaborate with creative directors and marketing strategists to align visual assets with brand messaging.
- Mentor junior editors and production assistants to maintain high quality-control standards.
- Manage production schedules, budgets, and hardware assets to ensure on-time project completion.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically in AI-driven editing tools and motion graphics workflows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production and editing experience within an agency or studio environment.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in cinematography, color grading, and sound design.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of social media platform algorithms and visual storytelling best practices.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, feedback-heavy creative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Television, Media Production, or equivalent industry experience.
