Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production from initial concept and scripting to final color grading and sound mixing.
- Direct production crews, talent, and post-production artists to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate marketing objectives into high-performing video content.
- Manage production budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent projects.
- Develop innovative visual styles and creative treatments that push industry standards.
- Mentor junior editors and production assistants to foster a culture of creative growth.
- Stay current with emerging video technologies, industry trends, and distribution platforms.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in high-end video production or agency settings.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition).
- Strong storytelling portfolio demonstrating mastery of pacing, composition, and narrative flow.
- Deep understanding of pre-production planning, lighting, and cinematography.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure deadlines while maintaining creative quality.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to articulate creative vision to non-technical stakeholders.
- Degree in Film, Media Studies, or a related creative field (or equivalent professional experience).
