This role offers the opportunity to own the creative process from concept to delivery, working alongside top-tier editors, cinematographers, and motion designers.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production projects, including pre-production, filming, and post-production management.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to develop compelling creative briefs and storyboards.
- Manage production budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Direct on-set production teams, including lighting, audio, and camera operators.
- Oversee the post-production workflow, providing high-level creative direction to video editors and colorists.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging camera technologies, and innovative storytelling techniques.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality standards are met across all creative assets.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in professional video production or a creative agency environment.
- A powerful portfolio demonstrating expertise in commercial, documentary, or high-end social media video.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting principles, and modern camera gear.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to articulate a creative vision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related creative field.
