Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end production workflows, from pre-production planning and storyboarding to post-production delivery.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions to develop high-conversion brand narratives and commercial campaigns.
- Collaborate with art directors, motion designers, and sound engineers to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
- Direct on-set production crews, ensuring technical precision and creative alignment with client goals.
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure high-margin project delivery.
- Mentor junior editors and production assistants to foster a culture of creative excellence.
- Execute advanced color correction and sound mixing for final deliverables across various social and web platforms.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in high-end video production, preferably within a creative agency environment.
- Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop).
- Proven portfolio demonstrating a strong sense of cinematography, lighting, and visual composition.
- Deep understanding of YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram video marketing trends and technical specifications.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to balance multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Film, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present creative concepts to high-level stakeholders.
