Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from pre-production concepting to final post-production delivery.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and develop compelling storyboards for diverse client campaigns.
- Direct on-set production teams, including talent, cinematographers, and lighting crews.
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and logistical coordination for multiple concurrent projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all visual output aligns with brand voice and SEO-driven content strategies.
- Mentor junior editors and production assistants to elevate the studio's overall quality of output.
- Source and manage external freelance vendors, talent, and production equipment rentals.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience in a creative agency or high-growth media environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated visual storytelling and high-quality production value.
- Proven experience managing complex production schedules and tight deadlines.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of managing small-to-mid-sized creative teams.
- Deep understanding of current video trends, camera technology, and lighting techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related creative field.
