Lumina Studios is seeking a Senior Video Producer & Creative Lead to spearhead our commercial and digital content wing in Los Angeles. We are looking for a creative powerhouse who can manage projects from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring every frame resonates with our premium clientele.
You will work with a world-class team of editors, cinematographers, and motion designers to produce cutting-edge content that pushes the boundaries of visual media.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end production lifecycle for high-impact commercial and marketing video campaigns.
- Develop compelling creative concepts, storyboards, and scripts that align with brand goals.
- Direct on-set production, managing talent, crew, and logistical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure visual assets drive user engagement.
- Oversee post-production workflows, providing high-level feedback on edits, color grading, and sound design.
- Manage production budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and under budget.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, equipment, and production techniques to keep our content innovative.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in professional video production or a creative agency environment.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Proven portfolio demonstrating mastery of storytelling, cinematography, and visual aesthetics.
- Deep understanding of camera systems, lighting techniques, and audio production.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing creative teams and external vendors.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
