Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production from conceptualization and storyboarding to final post-production.
- Direct on-set shoots, managing talent, crew, and equipment to ensure creative alignment.
- Oversee post-production workflows, including advanced color grading, sound design, and motion graphics integration.
- Collaborate with creative directors and marketing stakeholders to refine brand messaging and visual identity.
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality delivery within scope.
- Mentor junior editors and production assistants to foster technical and creative growth within the team.
- Optimize content formats for diverse platforms, including YouTube, OTT, and social media channels.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in high-end video production or agency settings.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated storytelling, pacing, and visual style.
- Deep understanding of cinematography principles, lighting setups, and modern camera hardware (RED, Sony Cinema Line).
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present creative concepts to executive-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Arts, or a related creative field.
