In this role, you will be the creative force behind our commercial and branded content. You will manage the end-to-end production lifecycle, from initial concept and scriptwriting to final delivery, ensuring every frame tells a compelling story that resonates with our global audience.

Responsibilities
- Production Management: Direct and oversee video shoots, including lighting, camera operations, and sound engineering, ensuring high production value.
- Post-Production: Edit raw footage into polished videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, applying motion graphics and color grading.
- Client Relations: Present concepts to clients, manage feedback loops, and ensure final deliverables meet strict deadlines and brand guidelines.
- Budgeting: Create detailed production budgets and track expenses to maximize profitability without compromising creative quality.
- Creative Direction: Collaborate with art directors and copywriters to develop innovative visual strategies that drive engagement.
- Logistics: Coordinate with vendors, location scouts, and crew members to execute seamless productions in studio and on location.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in video production, editing, or directing.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop). Experience with DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
- Portfolio: A robust, professional portfolio demonstrating a range of styles including commercials, documentaries, and motion graphics.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate creative vision to diverse stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues on set and adapt creative solutions to changing environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Television, or related field preferred.
