Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and direct high-quality video content that aligns with client objectives and brand identity.
- Manage the full production lifecycle, including pre-production planning, budgeting, scheduling, and on-set supervision.
- Collaborate with writers, directors, and editors to refine scripts and visual narratives.
- Negotiate rates with vendors, crew, and freelancers to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
- Oversee post-production workflows, ensuring final edits meet technical and creative standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and storytelling techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in video production, preferably in a high-paced agency or studio environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in commercial, corporate, and narrative filmmaking.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to direct creative teams effectively.
- Deep understanding of lighting, camera operation, and sound recording.
