Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end video production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Direct and coordinate with creative teams, including videographers, editors, sound engineers, and graphic designers.
- Supervise post-production workflows, including editing, color grading, and sound design.
- Present creative concepts and final cuts to stakeholders and clients with clarity and confidence.
- Maintain and manage a high-quality inventory of production equipment and gear.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in our content.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional video production experience in a fast-paced agency or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of lighting, camera operation, and audio recording techniques.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to handle multiple high-stakes deadlines simultaneously.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing a variety of commercial, documentary, or corporate video styles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex creative ideas.
- Experience managing freelance crews and vendors.
