Responsibilities
- Lead Creative Vision: Develop compelling concepts and scripts that align with client objectives and brand identity.
- Production Management: Oversee the entire production lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Direct & Shoot: Direct high-quality video shoots, ensuring lighting, sound, and composition are flawless.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior producers and coordinate with directors, cinematographers, and editors to ensure seamless execution.
- Client Relations: Present final cuts and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional video production experience in a creative agency or in-house marketing department.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and non-linear editing.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating a range of styles, including commercials, documentaries, and corporate films.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead crews on set and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
