Responsibilities
- Oversee 8-12 video projects annually, managing budgets, timelines, and creative direction
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, creative vision, and deliverables
- Lead remote and on-location shoots with production crews of 5-15 members
- Coordinate post-production workflows including editing, color grading, and VFX
- Develop and maintain relationships with creative talent agencies and vendors
- Present creative concepts to executive stakeholders and clients
- Mentor junior producers through skill development and project guidance
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional video production experience with 3+ in lead producer roles
- Portfolio showcasing 15+ high-impact commercial or branded video projects
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and project management tools
- Proven ability to manage $500k+ budgets and complex logistics
- Strong understanding of digital distribution platforms (YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for client negotiations and team leadership
- BA/BS in Film, Media Production, or related field
