Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end production process, including concept development, pre-production planning, filming, and post-production supervision.
- Manage budgets and timelines effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
- Collaborate with creative directors and clients to translate abstract ideas into compelling video concepts and scripts.
- Oversee a team of videographers, editors, and sound engineers, providing mentorship and creative direction.
- Select the right equipment, locations, and talent to maximize the visual potential of each project.
- Review final edits for pacing, color correction, sound design, and overall storytelling coherence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in video production, preferably in a creative agency or in-house marketing role.
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with high-quality commercial video, documentaries, or branded content.
- Deep understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, camera operation, and sound recording.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present creative concepts to stakeholders confidently.
