Responsibilities
- Conceptualize & Direct: Lead the creative vision for video projects, from initial brainstorming to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
- Production Management: Oversee all aspects of production, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with crews, vendors, and talent.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and delivering high-impact presentations.
- Post-Production Oversight: Collaborate with editors and colorists to ensure the final cut meets the highest artistic standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior producers and crew members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional video production experience, preferably in a creative agency or production studio setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and basic understanding of color grading (DaVinci Resolve).
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating high-quality storytelling and production value.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex creative ideas clearly.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot on-set issues and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
