Responsibilities
- Lead End-to-End Production: Spearhead the entire video production lifecycle, from pre-production planning and scriptwriting to final delivery and client approval.
- Direct and Shoot: Direct high-quality video shoots, ensuring technical perfection and creative alignment with the production brief.
- Post-Production Oversight: Manage the editing process, collaborating closely with editors and motion graphics artists to refine color grading, sound design, and visual effects.
- Budget & Logistics: Develop detailed production budgets and manage schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, presenting concepts and receiving feedback to ensure 100% client satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior producers and editors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance creative culture.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in video production, preferably in a creative agency or in-house marketing role.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro) and camera operation.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating a strong command of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex creative concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot creative and logistical challenges on the fly while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
