In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative vision and logistical execution, guiding our productions from the initial spark of an idea to the final rendered masterpiece.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end production lifecycle, including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production oversight.
- Develop creative concepts and scripts in collaboration with directors and creative directors.
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with freelancers, vendors, and crew members to ensure high-quality execution on set.
- Conduct thorough post-production reviews, providing feedback to editors to refine the final cut.
- Present final deliverables to clients, ensuring their vision is fully realized.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in video production, with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of lighting, camera operation, and sound recording.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Relevant degree in Film, Media, or Communications is preferred but not mandatory.
