- Oversee end-to-end video production, including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production workflows
- Manage cross-functional teams of directors, cinematographers, and editors to ensure seamless execution
- Develop innovative concepts aligned with client brand guidelines and project objectives
- Optimize video content for multiple platforms (social, web, broadcast) with platform-specific expertise
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining premium quality standards
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and production techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with 2+ years in a lead producer role
- Proven portfolio showcasing diverse video styles (narrative, commercial, documentary)
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong project management skills with experience in budgeting and scheduling
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities with remote teams
- Degree in Film Production, Communications, or related field preferred
- Experience directing talent and managing complex production logistics
