Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with 3+ years in producer role
- Portfolio demonstrating mastery of narrative storytelling and visual style
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and production management tools
- Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Deep understanding of video production workflows across digital platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field
