Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple video production projects from initial concept development through final post-production and delivery.
- Collaborate directly with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and creative direction.
- Develop comprehensive production plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Oversee all aspects of pre-production (scripting, storyboarding, casting, location scouting), production (directing, shooting), and post-production (editing, sound design, motion graphics).
- Manage and mentor a team of video production specialists, editors, and freelance crew members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines, quality standards, and legal compliance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in video production to continuously innovate our offerings.
- Conduct final reviews and approvals of all deliverables, ensuring technical excellence and creative integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in video production, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead producer role.
- Demonstrated expertise in all phases of video production, including directing, cinematography, and post-production workflows.
- Proficiency with industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition).
- Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing teams and external vendors.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
