Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept to delivery, managing budgets, timelines, and resources
- Direct creative teams including cinematographers, editors, and motion graphics artists
- Develop innovative storyboards and shot lists that align with brand objectives
- Collaborate with clients to translate vision into actionable production plans
- Ensure technical excellence across lighting, audio, and post-production workflows
- Lead project retrospectives and implement continuous improvement processes
- Mentor junior producers and foster a culture of creative excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with portfolio demonstrating narrative excellence
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven leadership managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Strong understanding of pre-production planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Experience directing live-action shoots and motion graphics projects
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate creative vision to stakeholders
- Knowledge of emerging video technologies and industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
