Responsibilities
- End-to-end video project management from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines
- Direct creative teams including cinematographers, editors, and motion graphics artists
- Develop compelling storyboards and shot lists that elevate brand narratives
- Manage production budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for 5-10 concurrent projects
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to integrate video into multi-channel campaigns
- Oversee post-production workflows including color grading, sound design, and final delivery
- Stay ahead of industry trends in emerging video formats and platform-specific optimizations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with 2+ years in lead producer roles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) and DaVinci Resolve
- Proven track record managing budgets exceeding $500K
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse video styles (brand films, social campaigns, documentaries)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate abstract concepts into visual narratives
- Experience directing talent and managing remote creative teams
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, or related field
- Knowledge of video SEO and platform-specific optimization (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram)
