Responsibilities
- End-to-end production management: pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production oversight
- Lead creative brief development and client consultations to align vision with strategic goals
- Manage cross-functional teams including cinematographers, editors, VFX artists, and sound designers
- Optimize production workflows using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Drive innovation in emerging formats: 8K HDR, VR/AR experiences, and interactive video
- Ensure technical excellence through color grading, audio mastering, and delivery compliance
- Analyze audience metrics to refine content strategy and maximize engagement
Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in narrative-driven commercial content
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe CC and DaVinci Resolve
- Experience managing budgets over $500K and teams of 10+ creatives
- Deep understanding of digital distribution platforms (YouTube, TikTok, OTT)
- Proven ability to deliver projects under tight deadlines and changing requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or equivalent experience
