- Lead end-to-end video production for 5-8 high-profile projects annually
- Manage creative teams including directors, editors, and motion graphics artists
- Develop innovative concepts and storyboards aligned with client brand vision
- Oversee production budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with post-production teams for seamless VFX and color grading integration
- Present creative pitches to C-level stakeholders and secure client approvals
- Stay current with emerging video technologies and industry trends
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional video production experience with 3+ years in lead roles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven track record directing complex projects for major brands
- Strong budget management and vendor negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse video styles (commercials, documentaries, branded content)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
- Experience managing remote and hybrid production teams
